Rolex Sky-Dweller 326935

The Sky-Dweller, launched in 2012, represents Rolex's most technically accomplished wristwatch. Designed for the global traveller, it combines an annual calendar with a dual time zone display, all controlled through the innovative Ring Command bezel — a patented system that links the rotating bezel directly to the movement to set each function.

The 42mm case is crafted from 18ct Everose gold, Rolex's proprietary rose gold alloy containing a measure of platinum for long-lasting colour stability. The bidirectional rotating fluted Command bezel serves both aesthetic and functional roles, and a sapphire crystal with Cyclops lens protects the dial. Water resistance is rated to 100 metres.

The chocolate dial carries Chromalight luminous hour markers and hands, providing a long-lasting blue glow in low-light conditions. An off-centre 24-hour disc at nine o'clock displays the reference time zone, whilst twelve small apertures around the dial periphery indicate the current month through a contrasting colour change — an elegantly simple solution to the annual calendar complication.

Inside, the calibre 9002 automatic movement houses 40 jewels, beats at 28,800 vibrations per hour, and delivers 72 hours of power reserve. It carries Superlative Chronometer certification, tested to -2/+2 seconds per day, and features Rolex's patented Saros annual calendar module requiring just one date correction per year, at the end of February.

The 18ct Everose gold Oyster bracelet is secured by an Oysterclasp with Easylink 5mm comfort extension, allowing fine adjustment without tools.

Excellent condition from 2023 means minimal wear — expect light surface marks on the case and bracelet, maintained in nearly new condition. Comes complete with original box and original papers. Five-year manufacturer's warranty active until April 2028.

Rolex's most technically accomplished wristwatch, equally at home crossing time zones as it is at a boardroom table.
